FIELD: safety.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective devices used in explosion hazardous and radioactive objects, such as easy detachable panels and roofs, blast guard and gates, excess pressure valves. Blast resistant panel with rubber-cord damping element, containing a metal armored frame with metal armored lining and filler - lead, having four fixed support nozzles in the ends, four load-bearing bars telescopically fitted in said pipes are rigidly embedded in explosive structure coating, filler is in form of an air-lead disperse system, wherein lead is in the form of frit, and on the outside of the support rods there are elastic-damping elements, one end of which rests against an armored metal lining, and the other - in the stopping sheets located in the upper part of the support rods. Elastic-damping elements are made in the form of a damping plate, to which an additional resilient damping element is attached, placed between the damping plate and the blast resistant panel, and which is made in the form of a buffer device in the form of a cone coaxial with the axis of the panel and the opening of the protected facility, the top of which is directed towards the opening of the protected facility. Between the damping plate and the armored metal lining of the metal frame of the blast resistant panel there is an additional damping element made in the form of a rubber cord shell.EFFECT: technical result - increased reliability of explosion-protection devices in case of an explosion at the site and providing the return of these structures into their initial positions after the explosion.1 cl, 2 dwg
