FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for the production of mineral wool boards and a universal composite mineral wool board made by this method. Method for manufacturing a mineral fiber plate with a vertical fiber orientation includes the steps of joining the layers with a glue composition based on sodium silicate and polymerization. First, a block of at least two mineral wool boards is formed by stacking the plates one on top of another so that the fibers of each layer are directed in the same direction along the horizontal axis of the long side of the plate. Further, these plates are joined by a glue composition. Block is cut into slabs after their polymerization along perpendicularly arranged fibers. Mineral wool board of flat or conical shape is made by the proposed method from a mineral fiber block with a vertical orientation of the fibers.EFFECT: increased strength characteristics of mineral wool boards.2 cl, 5 dwg
