FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices, blocking vehicle movement, namely to automatic barriers with electric drives with the function of automatic regain of closed position. Barrier includes a body, equipped with a drive with a shaft placed horizontally, a base, rigidly connected to the drive shaft ratatable in a vertical plane, a turn sensor, holder with a blocking boom, mounted on the base and rotatable under action of a horizontal load, and a closing means. Holder is made in the form of a thick-walled pipe-holder, which is fixed on the rotary axis, installed through the pipe-holder on one side of the base, and is connected to the base by a fixing means on the other side of the base. Closing means is made in the form of at least one shock absorber with a force of 600-1,000 N, hinged by one end on the base to the fixing means, and by the other end - on the pipe-holder at a distance of not more than its diameter from the rotary axis. Drive shaft is installed near the vertical axis of the front surface of the body down from the upper surface of the body at a distance of at least 0.60 of the width of the body front surface.EFFECT: technical result is simplified design, wider operational capabilities and increased operational reliability.21 cl, 4 dwg
