Floor panel which can be installed according to the fold-down principle, with a first pair and a second pair of edges, wherein at the second pair of edges coupling parts are provided which allow that two panels can be coupled to each other by a downward movement, with two contact zones (C1-C2) at opposite sides of a male part (17) which fits into a female part (14), wherein well-defined support points (32A and/or 32B) are applied.
