The wall block comprises the first wall and the second wall, parallel to each other, the third wall strongly attached between the first wall and the second wall on two appropriate ends of these two walls, and a rib strongly attached between the first wall and the second wall, and forming the hollow part together with the third wall. On one side of the first wall facing the hollow part there is the first shelf stretching along the entire length of the first wall in direction of the wall block length, besides, the surface of the first shelf is made rough, and the upper surface of the first shelf is at the same level with the upper surface of the first wall. On one side of the second wall facing the hollow part there is the first shelf stretching along the entire length of the second wall in direction of the wall block length, besides, the surface of the first shelf is made rough, and the upper surface of the first shelf is at the same level with the upper surface of the second wall.
