WOODEN GLUED STRUCTURAL ELEMENT, METHOD OF ERECTING WALL STRUCTURES FROM WOODEN GLUED STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular to wall structures from wooden glued elements. Engineering problem is improving strength characteristics, minimising labour costs in construction of wall structures. Glued wooden element is in form of a stack of glued together vertically disposed slats with each other with congruent grooves and protrusions on its upper and lower sides, formed by displacement of at least one slat relative to other slat. Stack is made of an odd number of slats made of wood with longitudinal fibres of wood, and even - with cross arrangement. At ends of stack there are additionally congruent grooves and ridges with recesses and protrusions on upper and lower sides of ends of stack formed by displacement of at least one inner lamella relative to other lamella of stack. Stack is equipped with at least one pair of vertical through-channels.EFFECT: disclosed is a method of assembling wall structures from said elements.7 cl, 8 dwg
Изобретение относится к области строительства, в частности к стеновым конструкциям из деревянных клееных элементов. Техническая задача - повышение прочностных характеристик, минимизация трудозатрат при возведении стеновых конструкций. Деревянный клееный элемент выполнен в виде пакета из склеенных друг с другом вертикально расположенных ламелей, с конгруэнтными друг другу пазами и выступами на его верхней и нижней сторонах, образованных смещением по крайней мере одной ламели относительно других ламелей. Пакет выполнен из нечетного количества ламелей, изготовленных из древесины с продольным расположением волокон древесины, и четных - с поперечным расположением. На торцах пакета дополнительно выполнены конгруэнтные друг друга пазы и выступы, при этом пазы и выступы на верхней, нижней сторонах пакета и торцах образованы смещением по крайней мере одной внутренней ламели относительно остальных ламелей пакета. Пакет снабжен по крайней мере одной парой вертикальных сквозных каналов. Предложен способ сборки стеновых конструкций из данных элементов. 2 н. и 5 з.п. ф-лы. 8 ил.
