FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: flap turning angle limiter with the left cover and the reference hole in the right slider relates to bolts and other locking devices for the flaps, in particular to devices for limiting the opening of doors and windows in buildings and for fixing them in the open position by means of the movable elements located on a frame and a flap, to be hitched and unhitched. The limiter comprises the hinged plate with a groove, the bolt with a handle and a hitch, the guiding housing, which accommodates the bolt and in which a winding slot is made, consisting of the transverse bore and the initial bore and the fixing bore connected with its ends, made longitudinal and arranged in opposite directions from the transverse bore with the possibility of moving the bolt handle along them. At least one longitudinal projection is formed on the plate side facing the guiding housing, with the height not exceeding the maximum possible movement path length of the bolt handle in the fixing bore. The right slider is put on the plate, with the possibility of moving along it, in which the reference hole is made with the possibility for the hitch to pass through it and to be hitched on the right slider after its subsequent turning. A rack ratchet mechanism is arranged on the plate, comprising a rack made in one of the groove longitudinal edges, and an arresting device equipped with an adjustment handle. The arresting device is located in the longitudinal groove between the right slider and the left cover placed on the plate overlapping with the both groove longitudinal edges and connected to the right slider with the possibility of moving together withit and with the arresting device along the groove. In the left cover the auxiliary opening is made, through which the adjustment handle is moved out.
