FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: flap turning angle limiter with a hitch on the left cover and with the right cover relates to bolts and other locking devices for flaps, mostly for doors and windows in buildings, in particular to devices for limiting the doors and flaps opening and fixing them in the open position by means of movable elements located on a frame and a flap, which are hitched and unhitched to allow further opening only in cases when the flap is closed. Said flap turning angle limiter comprises the plate with a groove adapted for hinge joint, and a hitch at the end of the bolt with the possibility of longitudinal motion, passing through the plate groove, turning and hitching on the groove edge over its entire length after turning. The handle is rigidly mounted on the bolt, and the bolt is placed in the guiding housing, in which a winding slot is made, consisting of a transverse bore and longitudinal bores connected with its ends, located in opposite directions from the transverse bore and allowing the bolt handle to move along it. Longitudinal projections are made on the plate side facing the bolt. A rack ratchet mechanism is arranged on the plate, comprising a rack made in one of the groove longitudinal edges, and an arresting device equipped with an adjustment handle, arranged with the possibility of squeezing out of a toothed recess and moving along the groove between the left and the right covers placed on both plate sides, overlapping with both the groove longitudinal edges and connected to each other with the possibility to move together with the arresting device along the groove. On the left cover a hitch is made with the possibility of hitching on the bracket rigidly attached to the guiding housing, and an auxiliary opening is made in the left cover through which the adjustment handle is moved out.
