As per the second embodiment it is a finished article for erecting buildings having a shape based on a parallelepiped and has a channel on one of the faces: transverse and/or longitudinal, and/or L-shaped and/or T-shaped or X-shaped and/or a niche for the junction box and/or a composition of interconnected channels and/or niches for pull boxes.EFFECT: it is possible to form channels for communication directly during the building erection in accordance with a standard or a developed project; the channels that have been formed do not require additional development and are just ready for laying out communications.8 cl, 18 dwg
