METHOD FOR PROCESSING STONE BLOCKS
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: method of processing stone blocks includes the steps of: (S) wrapping the stone blocks with a reinforcing material, and then wrapping the stone blocks with a sealing material in such a way that a sealed space is created between the sealing material and the stone blocks; (S) pumping out the sealed space in such a way that a vacuum state is created inside the sealed space; and (S) introduction of a reinforcing adhesive into the sealed space, observation of the vacuum degree of the sealed space and adjusting the degree of vacuum according to the observation result until the reinforcing adhesive covers the entire surface of the stone blocks in the sealed space.EFFECT: technical result is a decrease in the hydrodynamic resistance of the reinforcing adhesive, an increase in the rate of introduction of the adhesive during the processing of the stone block, reduction of the processing time, increase of the stone block processing efficiency.12 cl, 6 dwg
