Located between the upper and lower half-logs half-logs contain end-to-end rectangular groove in the half-logs longitudinal direction in its central region with offsets from the half-log end and side edges, wherein the half-logs are connected by metal rods so, that the grooves form filled with the heat-insulating material cavity.EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the panel heat insulation properties.5 cl, 1 dwg
