FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction and can be used in directional horizontal drilling along a given trajectory in the ground during the laying and repair of underground utilities. In the method, the hydraulic piercer contains a metal cone connected to the cylinder stem, along the outer surface of which there is a thin-walled thread-reinforced hose with longitudinal coils arranged one on top of the other and fastened with glue between the coils and with the hydraulic cylinder body, additionally pressed to the hydraulic cylinder with the help of rubber braids and a rubber cover designed to protect against the ingress and adhesion of soil, made of elastic rubber. Further, the ends of the hose are combined into one quick-detachable connection for connection to an external compressor. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder also has quick-detachable connections for connection to an external oil station.EFFECT: compaction of the soil by pressing, reducing the build-up of soil, simplicity, reliability and accuracy of control of the device with small power consumption.1 cl, 5 dwg

Технический результат – уплотнение грунта прижатием, уменьшение налипания грунта, простота, надежность и точность управления устройством при небольшом энергопотреблении. Гидропрокольщик содержит металлический конус, соединенный со штоком гидроцилиндра, вдоль наружной поверхности которого расположен тонкостенный армированный нитью шланг, уложенный продольными витками друг на друга и скрепленный с помощью клея между витками и с корпусом гидроцилиндра, дополнительно прижатый к гидроцилиндру с помощью резиновых жгутов и резинового чехла, предназначенного для защиты от попадания и налипания грунта, выполненного из эластичной резины. Концы шланга объединены в одно быстросъемное соединение для присоединения к внешнему компрессору. При этом гидроцилиндр также имеет быстросъемные соединения для подключения к внешней маслостанции. 5 ил.
