METHOD OF PROCESSING POLYMER WASTES AND GLASS BREAKAGE WITH OBTAINING FACING AND FINISHING MATERIALS
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of composite building materials and can be used for cladding and finishing the outer and inner walls of buildings and structures. In the method of processing polymeric wastes with obtaining facing and finishing materials, preliminary mixing of wastes of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride in the amount of 10–20 wt.% is carried out with technical solvent – methylene chloride technical at a ratio of from 1:1.5 to 1:2.5, the resulting solution of the binder is mixed with a filler – glass breakage with a particle size of not more than 0.63 mm, along with pressing the product at a specific pressure of 8 MPa, followed by temperature treatment under the following conditions: temperature rise rate 20 °C/min; duration of exposure at the boiling point of the solvent 45–90 minutes.EFFECT: improving the strength characteristics, reducing the duration and energy intensity of the production process.1 cl, 1 tbl, 5 ex
Изобретение относится к области получения композиционных строительных материалов и может быть использовано для облицовки и отделки наружных и внутренних стен зданий и сооружений. В способе переработки полимерных отходов с получением облицовочных и отделочных материалов осуществляют предварительное смешивание отходов непластифицированного поливинилхлорида в количестве 10-20 мас.% с растворителем – метиленом хлористым техническим при соотношении от 1:1,5 до 1:2,5, полученный раствор связующего смешивают с наполнителем – стекольным боем с размером частиц не более 0,63 мм, прессование изделия при удельном давлении 8 МПа с последующей температурной обработкой при следующих режимах: скорость подъема температуры 20°С/мин; продолжительность выдержки при температуре кипения растворителя 45-90 мин. Технический результат – повышение прочностных характеристик, снижение продолжительности и энергоемкости производственного процесса. 1 табл., 5 пр.
