FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machines for compacting soils and asphalt concrete pavements. Device includes a frame with a roll of a skating rink installed therein, driven by a hydraulic motor. Device comprises a double-arm lever hinged on an axis to the frame and an elastic element that presses the scraper to the roll. Both shoulders of the two shoulders levers are equipped with scrapers, alternately interacting with the roll. Elastic element is installed between the frame and the two shoulders lever coaxially with the axis of the latter so that one of the ends of the elastic element is fixed in the two shoulders lever, and the second is connected to the hydraulic cylinder rod and placed on the frame. Cavities of the hydraulic cylinder are connected in parallel with the cavities of the hydraulic roll motor.EFFECT: reduction of wear of removable scrapers, increase in operational productivity of a skating rink is provided.1 cl, 4 dwg
Изобретение относится к машинам для уплотнения грунтов и асфальтобетонных покрытий. Устройство включает раму с установленным в ней вальцом катка, имеющим привод от гидромотора. Устройство содержит шарнирно закрепленный на оси к раме двуплечий рычаг и упругий элемент, прижимающий скребок к вальцу. Оба плеча двуплечего рычага снабжены скребками, поочередно взаимодействующими с вальцом. Упругий элемент установлен между рамой и двуплечим рычагом соосно оси последнего так, что один из концов упругого элемента закреплен в двуплечем рычаге, а второй - соединен со штоком гидроцилиндра и размещен на раме. Полости гидроцилиндра соединены параллельно с полостями гидромотора вальца. Обеспечивается уменьшение износа съемных скребков, повышение эксплуатационной производительности катка. 4 ил.
