In a zee folded-closed section of two identical Z-shaped sheet blanks, fastened together by means of serrated closures of the longitudinal edges and mutually supported in the zone of contact thereof, one of the shelves and half of the wall of each billet in cross section have a rounded shape in the form of a half round half ring, whose radius is equal to the width of the belts. Round shelf of one blank is fastened with a straight shelf of another blank and vice versa – a straight shelf of one blank is fastened with a rounded shelf of another blank.EFFECT: technical result of the invention is sufficient local and general stability of the zee (Z-shaped) folded-closed sections from the plane and in the plane of the supporting structure.1 cl, 3 dwg
Изобретение относится к области строительства и может быть использовано в качестве стержневых и балочных элементов. Техническим результатом изобретения является достаточная местная (локальная) и общая устойчивость зетовых (Z-образных) гнутозамкнутых профилей из плоскости и в плоскости несущей конструкции. В зетовом гнутозамкнутом профиле из двух одинаковых листовых заготовок Z-образного очертания, скрепленных между собой посредством зубчатых замыканий продольных кромок и взаимно опертых в зоне их контакта, одна из полок и половина стенки каждой заготовки в поперечном сечении имеют округлую форму в виде половины круглого полукольца, радиус которого равен ширине поясов. Округлая полка одной заготовки скреплена с прямой полкой другой заготовки и наоборот - прямая полка одной заготовки скреплена с округлой полкой другой заготовки. 3 ил.
