METHOD FOR PREPARING FOUNDATION OF BUILDINGS ON WEAK SOILS
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in the construction of the foundations of buildings on weak soils. Method of preparing the building base on weak soils involves excavation of the trench, backfill of the soil pad with layer-by-layer compacting, laying of reinforcing material panels and anchoring of their ends. On sections of the base subjected to effect of vertical compression stresses created by the foundation, unbound ground is poured into the pad, and between these sections there is loose coarse material with inclusions of material swelling at moistening. After reaching the design height, the pad is moistened, a pause is arranged, and before the foundations are erected, its surface is leveled.EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of reinforced soil pad by providing preliminary stress and deflection of panels of reinforcing material.1 cl, 3 dwg

Способ подготовки основания здания на слабых грунтах включает отрывку котлована, отсыпку грунтовой подушки с послойным уплотнением, укладку полотнищ армирующего материала и анкеровку их концов. На участках основания, подверженных воздействию создаваемых фундаментом вертикальных сжимающих напряжений, в подушку отсыпается несвязный грунт, а между этими участками – несвязный грунт с включениями материала, набухающего при увлажнении. После достижения проектной высоты подушку увлажняют, устраивают технологический перерыв, а перед монтажом фундаментов выравнивают её поверхность. Технический результат состоит в повышении эффективности работы армированной грунтовой подушки за счет обеспечения предварительного напряжения и прогиба полотнищ армирующего материала. 3 ил.
