METHOD OF EMULSION-MINERAL MIXTURE PREPARING
FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing water-emulsion materials used in structural layers of road pavements. Method of preparation of emulsion-mineral mixture includes introduction into mixer of components: detached shredded and sand fractions with moisture content W (wt. %) equal to E (50-V)/100, where E is content of bitumen emulsion in mixture (wt. %), B is content of water in bitumen emulsion (wt. %), to which during mixing bitumen emulsion is added and mixed until homogeneous mixture is obtained during 0.5 minutes. Further, mineral powder is added and stirred until homogeneous mixture production for up to 1.5 minutes.EFFECT: method of preparation is quite simple and in process of realization considerable cost reduction of composition is achieved due to reduction of mixture mixing duration, at reduction of water content in mixture and crushing capacity of crushed stone at compaction, reduction of terms of formation of coating structure, improvement of quality and durability of road pavements made from it.1 cl, 2 tbl
Изобретение относится к способу приготовления водоэмульсионных материалов, применяемых в конструктивных слоях дорожных покрытий. Способ приготовления эмульсионно-минеральной смеси включает введение в смеситель компонентов: отдозированные щебеночные и песчаные фракции влажностью W (мас.%), равной Э(50-В)/100, где Э - содержание битумной эмульсии в смеси (мас.%), В - содержание воды в битумной эмульсии (мас.%), к которым в процессе перемешивания добавляют битумную эмульсию и перемешивают до получения однородной смеси в течение 0,5 мин. Далее вводят минеральный порошок и перемешивают до получения однородной смеси в течение до 1,5 мин. Способ приготовления достаточно простой и в процессе реализации достигается значительное удешевление композиции за счет сокращения продолжительности перемешивания смеси, при снижении содержания воды в смеси и дробимости щебня при уплотнении, снижение сроков формирования структуры покрытия, повышение качества и долговечности устраиваемых из нее дорожных покрытий. 2 табл.
