FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: proposed appliance relates to the field of construction and can be used for installation of over-hollow floor slabs in the device of girderless prefabricated monolithic ceilings made according to structural system of GUF (girderless universal frame) or its analogues. Said task is solved due to the fact that the device for installation of the above-column floor slab is characterized by that it is made of two symmetrical blocks, with possibility of their bolt connection and temporary fixation by coupling bolt, at that each of blocks contains beam with two adjusting screws, and also not less than three centering plates rigidly fixed to upper part of beam.EFFECT: technical result consists in the fact that the design solution of the installation device for the above-completion floor slab plate provides high technological reliability of the erection process of the above-completion floor slab.1 cl, 7 dwg
Предлагаемое приспособление относится к области строительства и может быть использовано для монтажа надколонных плит перекрытия при устройстве безригельных сборно-монолитных перекрытий, выполненных по конструктивной системе КУБ (каркас универсальный безригельный) или ее аналогов. Технический результат заключается в том, что конструктивное решение приспособления для монтажа надколонной плиты перекрытия обеспечивает высокую технологическую надежность процесса монтажа надколонной плиты перекрытия. Указанная задача решается за счет того, что приспособление для монтажа надколонной плиты перекрытия характеризуется тем, что выполнено из двух симметричных блоков,с возможностью их болтового соединения и временной фиксации стяжным болтом, при этом каждый из блоков содержит балку с двумя регулировочными винтами, а также не менее трех центрирующих пластин, жестко закрепленных к верхней части балки. 7 ил.
