MONOLITHIC WALL ERECTION METHOD
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: method of erection of monolithic wall, including creation of inner and outer surfaces from formwork elements, laying of plates of prefabricated coating and filling of concrete mixture between formwork. To the inner side of the formwork in several rows there are installed plates of the prefabricated coating, consisting of an upper side, two side walls, with a through open slot in the T-shaped section, made on the lower side of the plate, then one external row of fittings is successively installed with distance of 10–100 cm between reinforcement in one row, at that all reinforcement is connected to each other with wire into reinforcement structure, installing a heater, installing a second row of fixtures with distance of 10–100 cm between the fixtures in one row, wherein all the fixtures are interconnected by wire to the reinforcement structure, then connect two rows of fittings between each other, install inner casing at distance x=4z/3, where z is distance from external row of fittings to slabs, x is distance from internal row of fittings to inner casing.EFFECT: invention can be used in construction of low-rise buildings in seismic regions.1 cl, 2 ex, 2 dwg
Изобретение относится к строительству и может быть использовано при строительстве малоэтажных зданий в сейсмических районах. Способ возведения монолитной стены, включающий создание внутренней и внешней поверхностей из опалубочных элементов, укладку плит сборного покрытия и заливку бетонной смеси между опалубкой. К внутренней стороне опалубки в несколько рядов устанавливают плиты сборного покрытия, состоящие из верхней стороны, двух боковых стенок, со сквозным открытым пазом в сечении Т-образной формы, выполненным на нижней стороне плиты, затем последовательно устанавливают один внешний ряд арматуры с расстоянием 10-100 см между арматурой в одном ряду, причем всю арматуру связывают между собой проволокой в арматурную конструкцию, устанавливают утеплитель, устанавливают второй ряд арматуры с расстоянием 10-100 см между арматурой в одном ряду, причем всю арматуру связывают между собой проволокой в арматурную конструкцию, затем связывают два ряда арматуры между собой, устанавливают внутреннюю опалубку на расстоянии x=4z/3, где z - расстояние от внешнего ряда арматуры до плит, х - расстояние от внутреннего ряда арматуры до внутренней опалубки. 2 пр., 2 ил.
