FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to erection of building structures from monolithic reinforced concrete with use of fixed formwork. Non-detachable formwork unit consists of external and internal plates, installed parallel to each other and interconnected by bridges with formation of internal volume for installation of reinforcement and filling with construction filler. Additional tightening device is removable of beams installed horizontally on outer surfaces of plates at distance from bottom of plates, which is from zero to 1/3 of height of plates, and tightened together by threaded elements installed in holes made coaxially in detachable beams and plates, note here that detachable sleeves are installed in holes in plates and have length equal to distance between external surfaces of plates, and sleeves are made from material that is anti-adhesive to cement dough.EFFECT: technical result is providing invariability of erected structure dimensions due to prevention of plate form plates divergence during filling with concrete mixture.1 cl, 2 dwg

Технический результат: обеспечение неизменности размеров возводимой конструкции за счет предотвращения расхождения плит опалубки в процессе заполнения бетонной смесью. Блок несъемной опалубки состоит из наружной и внутренней плит, установленных параллельно друг другу и соединенных между собой перемычками с образованием внутреннего объема для установки арматуры и заполнения строительным наполнителем. Дополнительное стяжное устройство выполнено съемным из балок, установленных горизонтально на наружных поверхностях плит на расстоянии от низа плит, составляющем от нуля до 1/3 высоты плит, и стянутых между собой резьбовыми элементами, установленными в отверстия, выполненные соосно в съемных балках и плитах, при этом в отверстия в плитах установлены съемные гильзы, имеющие длину, равную расстоянию между наружными поверхностями плит, а гильзы выполнены из антиадгезионного к цементному тесту материала. 2 ил.
