Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что железнодорожные вилы имеют не менее двух параллельных последовательно расположенных зубатых рядов, которые, начиная со второго, находятся от нижнего ряда на расстоянии не кратном среднему габаритному размеру зерен фракции щебня. Технический результат: обеспечение возможности значительного уменьшения толчков и усилий при заглублении вил в балласт.
