CONNECTOR FOR PROFILE PIPES (OPTIONS)
FIELD: construction; furniture manufacturing; mechanical engineering; electrical engineering.SUBSTANCE: connector for profile pipes is used to fasten rectangular profile pipes in the manufacture of bulk modular and frame structures in construction, furniture manufacturing, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc. The connector of profile pipes located at an angle to each other contains two plates, one of which is made rectangular, and the other is L-shaped. Both plates contain threaded bushings placed in holes coaxially made in the profile pipes and designed to fix the profile pipes by screwing fasteners into them. The plates also contain transverse grooves for the mutual connection of both plates at an angle by engaging them one after the other. In addition, the L-shaped plate has a hole designed to fix it to the profile pipe by means of a fastener attached to the expander nut placed in the profile pipe. Соединитель для профильных труб служит для скрепления профильных труб прямоугольного сечения при изготовлении объемных модульных и каркасных конструкций в строительстве, мебельном производстве, машиностроении, электротехнике и т.д. Техническим результатом предлагаемой конструкции соединителя для профильных труб является повышение прочности и надежности собираемого узла, получение сборно-разборного соединения, а также снижение трудозатрат при сборке объемных модульных конструкций. Соединитель профильных труб, располагаемых под углом друг к другу, содержащий две пластины, одна из которых выполнена прямоугольной, а другая - Г-образной, обе пластины содержат резьбовые втулки, размещаемые в соосно выполненных в профильных трубах отверстиях и предназначенные для фиксации профильных труб путем ввинчивания в них крепежных элементов, а также они содержат поперечные пазы для взаимного соединения обеих пластин под углом путем их зацепления друг за другом, кроме того, Г-образная пластина имеет отверстие, предназначенное для крепления ее к профильной трубе посредством крепежного элемента, прикрепляемого к закладной гайке, размещаемой в профильной трубе.
