FOLDING BRIDGE UNIT
FIELD: construction of bridges.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panel bridges. The folding unit of a bridge opens laterally on the lifting frame (1) of the platform (2) of the assembly and transport machine (3). After locking the joint units of the lower power bands (15) by turning and fixing the links (18) and disjointing the longitudinal hinges (7) by means of the lifting frame (1), the unit will rise to a vertical position (87 to 93°). The unit is then slightly lowered on the carriages (23) resulting in the fixing bracket releasing the upper end of the bottom plate of the carriageway (9) through the slot hole. The unit is then opened longitudinally by means of cables (37), (38) and a hoist (4) and mounted in the axis of the assembled bridge. During assembly of the unit on the bank of a narrow barrier, linings are laid in the support sections of the unit, sectional ramps, guys with lanyards, and anchors are used to ensure equipment passage.EFFECT: folding unit of the bridge ensures acceleration of assembly thereof in the axis of the assembled bridge while simultaneously reducing labour consumption, excludes the possibility of uncontrolled longitudinal opening thereof and provides for autonomous use thereof as an independent bridge.1 cl, 15 dwg

Складной блок моста обеспечивает ускорение его монтажа в ось собираемого моста при одновременном снижении трудозатрат, исключение возможности его неконтролируемого продольного раскрытия, а также предусматривает автономное его использование в качестве самостоятельного моста. Складной блок моста поперечно раскрывается на подъемной раме (1) платформы (2) монтажно-транспортной машины (3). После замыкания стыковых узлов нижних силовых поясов (15) путем поворота и фиксации серег (18) и расчленения продольных шарниров (7) посредством подъемной рамы (1) блок поднимется до вертикального положения (87-93°). Затем незначительно опускается на каретках (23), в результате фиксирующий кронштейн через щелевое отверстие освобождает верхнее окончание нижней плиты проезжей части (9). Далее блок посредством тросов (37), (38), лебедки (4) продольно раскрывается и монтируется в ось собираемого моста. При монтаже блока на берегу узкой преграды, на участках опирания блока укладываются подкладки, для обеспечения пропуска техники используются секционные аппарели, оттяжки с талрепами и анкеры. 15 ил.
