It can be used in residential, office, industrial premises, greenhouses, vehicles for automatic ventilation of premises and maintenance of established climatic parameters (temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide content). The device makes it possible to optimize the mode of natural ventilation of premises in the absence of air conditioning systems. The device contains an electric drive based on a gear motor, an electronic control unit that includes digital sensors for monitoring climate parameters and a sensor that regulates the position of the sash, and the corresponding software, a flexible drive that transmits force from the gear motor to the sash. According to the invention, a profile flexible guide with variable stiffness, made of a polymer, metal or composite material, is used as a flexible drive, while one end of the guide is fixed to a fixed part of the window, and the gear motor fixed to the movable window sash, moves along the flexible guide on the principle of rack and pinion or flexible transmission, opening or closing the window in accordance with the program which is regulated by the specified initial and variable current climatic parameters received from the sensors to the control unit.EFFECT: possibility to optimize the mode of natural ventilation of premises in the absence of air conditioning systems.1 cl, 3 dwg

Может быть использовано в жилых, офисных, производственных помещениях, теплицах, транспортных средствах для автоматического проветривания помещений и поддержания установленных климатических параметров (температура, влажность, содержание углекислого газа). Устройство позволяет оптимизировать режим естественного проветривания помещений при отсутствии систем кондиционирования. Устройство содержит электропривод на основе мотор-редуктора, электронный блок управления, включающий цифровые датчики контроля климатических параметров и датчик, регулирующий положение створки, и соответствующее программное обеспечение, гибкий привод, передающей усилие от мотор-редуктора к створке. Согласно изобретению в качестве гибкого привода используют профильную гибкую направляющую с переменной жесткостью, выполненную из полимерного, металлического или композиционного материала, при этом один конец направляющей закреплен на неподвижной части окна, а мотор-редуктор, закрепленный на подвижной створке окна, двигается по гибкой направляющей по принципу реечной или гибкой передачи, открывая или закрывая окно в соответствие с программой, которая регулируется заданными исходными и переменными текущими климатическими параметрами, поступающими от датчиков на блок управления. 3 ил.
