FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to a method for mounting sandwich-structured panels in timber-framed houses. The installation method includes filling the walls of a frame building with sandwich-structured panels having a three-layer structure of two metal sheets and a layer of insulation-polyisocyanurate foam. Vertical layout of sandwich-structured panels is carried out from the corner of the sandwich-structured panel, which will be the first from the side of the assembly joint with the supporting column. Sandwich-structured panels are laid horizontally from the bottom up in the direction of the “thorn” up. To seal the connection, polyurethane foam or sealing tape is applied along the groove end of the mounted sandwich panels. The mounted sandwich-structured panels are sealed with self-adhesive butyl rubber tape, silicone sealant, liquid rubber.EFFECT: strengthening the rigidity of the structure.5 cl, 2 dwg
Изобретение относится к области строительства, в частности способу монтажа сэндвич-панелей в домах фахверкового типа из бруса. Способ монтажа включает заполнение простенков каркасного здания сэндвич-панелями, имеющими трехслойную структуру из двух металлических листов и слоя утеплителя-пенополиизоцианурата. Вертикальную раскладку сэндвич-панелей осуществляют с угла той сэндвич-панели, которая будет первой со стороны монтажного стыка с несущей колонной. Горизонтальную раскладку сэндвич-панелей осуществляют снизу вверх в направлении «шипом» вверх. Для герметизации соединения наносят монтажную пену или уплотнительную ленту по торцу типа «паз» смонтированных сэндвич-панелей. Смонтированные сэндвич-панели герметизируют лентой самоклеящейся бутилкаучуковой, силиконовым герметиком, жидкой резиной.
