The head has an outer periphery configured to be receivable within a complimentary configured keeper attached to one side of the clevis end of the actuator such that the head is rotationally fixed with respect to the keeper. A pin cap is secure to a distal end of the pin. The pin cap has an outer periphery configured to be receivable within a complimentary configured keeper attached to another side of the clevis end of the actuator such that the pin cap is rotationally fixed with respect to the keeper.
