The green body includes a quadrilateral-shaped cross-hole extending through the green body from a first location on the side surface to a second location on the side surface on an opposite side of the green body from the first location. The quadrilateral-shape of the cross-hole can assist in achieving a more uniform density of compactable material in the green body.
