A fifth step of closing the open openable/closable roof starts before a fourth step of opening the closed storage compartment cover finishes, so that a distance between portions of the storage compartment cover and the openable/closable roof facing each other is shorter at a point in time when the storage compartment cover is fully opened in the fourth step than at any other point in time.
