A retracting means comprises a synchronizing wheel group and transmission assemblies, the transmission assembly at each side being connected with a winding assembly; each transmission assembly comprises a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear which are engaged with each other, and the first bevel gear is connected with at least one synchronizing wheel; each winding assembly comprises a fixing seat, a winding shaft and a transmission shaft, the transmission shaft is connected with a corresponding second bevel gear, the winding shaft passes though and is coaxial with the transmission shaft, the outer wall of the winding shaft tilts outward gradually along the axis of the transmission shaft.
