Where, the nail sealable layer is between the first tie layer and the second tie layer, the first tie layer is between the first inert layer and the nail sealable layer, the second tie layer is between the second inert layer and the nail sealable layer, and the total film thickness is between 0.002 inch and 0.010 inch.
