The lower bracket comprises an aperture. The first support section longitudinally extends from the main body. The second support section longitudinally extends from the main body opposite the first support section. The retaining portion extends from the main body opposite the upper bracket, is resiliently coupled to the main body. The retaining portion is also positioned proximate to the upper bracket opposite the lower bracket and configured to demountably couple the apparatus to a garment.
