The second transverse cross section is different than the first transverse cross section of the first leg and second leg. A first end of the first arm and a first end of the second arm is adjoined to the first end portion. A joint portion adjoins a second end of the first arm and a second end of the second arm to an upper end of the first leg and an upper end of the second leg, respectively.
