The mounting bracket comprises: a first planar member and a second planar member, at least one of the first and second planar members having a center, and one or two transverse members disposed at opposite ends of at least one of the first and second planar members, wherein at least one of the first and second planar members includes two adjacent openings and a receiving member offset from the center of the at least one of the first and second planar members, the receiving member being positioned intermediate the two openings.
