The water hose may exit the shower curtain rod through apertures located proximate the first end and the second end. The water hose includes a first end that is configured to receive water from plumbing at or near a first shower head, and a second end configured to deliver water to a second shower head. In this way, water is delivered to the second shower head through the shower curtain rod.
