The body further includes an outwardly extending flange sized and configured to be received within the circumferential ring. The body is configured to be positioned in an extended configuration and a collapsed configuration. The flange includes at least one outwardly extending circumferential rib that forms a fluid-tight seal with an inner surface of the circumferential ring in the collapsed configuration
