The prefabricated wall includes at least one opening positioned between the plurality of tiles. The method also includes placing the planar substrate adjacent to a wall of a building and placing a fastening mechanism in the at least one opening to secure the prefabricated wall to the wall of the building. The method also includes covering the fastening mechanism and the at least one opening with a concealing grout.
