The ornamental cover includes a first plate and a second plate that hingedly join together at a hinge. The first plate includes a first inner surface, a first outer surface, and at least one first edge. The first edge is configured into a first ornamental design. The first plate includes at least one first aperture to help in mounting the first plate to the mounting surface. The second plate includes a second inner surface, a second outer surface, and at least one second edge. The second plate may include at least one second aperture to help in mounting the first plate to the mounting surface. The at least one second edge is cut into a second ornamental design that matches the first edge.
