Provided is a door unlocking system with which only a specific door can also be unlocked if a user operates an operation unit of a communication device. A control device (1) determines whether or not a communication device (2) is present in any of regions Ra to Rc by communicating with the communication device (2) located outside of the vehicle, using a wireless communication unit (12) in the vehicle. When an operation signal transmitted from the communication device (2) is received by the wireless communication unit (12) in the vehicle in a case where the communication device (2) is present in any of the regions Ra to Rc, only a door that is associated with the region Ra (or Rb or Rc) in which the communication device (2) is present is unlocked.
