The wear assembly includes a top plate disposed on the first side plate and the second side plate. Further, the top plate has a first end disposed proximal to the side wall and a second end distal from the side wall. The wear assembly includes a shroud member disposed adjacent to the second end of the top plate and coupled to the first side plate. The wear assembly also includes a wear plate disposed adjacent to the first end of the top plate in front of the shroud member. The wear plate is detachably coupled to an upper surface of the top plate.
