The present invention provides a multifunctional dual roll bind having a roll screen and a roll screen used therefor. The screen is divided into upper and lower portions, so that the entire screen blocks the light by user's manipulation; the upper portion is solely opened/adjusted while the lower portion is selectively blocked light. Simultaneously, the upper and lower portions are possibly opened partially to satisfy the user's demands. The roll screen of the present invention comprises: a first adjustment unit forms on a starting part; a third adjustment unit forms on an ending part; a second adjustment unit forms between the first adjustment unit and the third adjustment unit. The first adjustment unit has alternatively formed the first translucent mesh part and the sight and light blocking part with a predetermined range and width; the third adjustment unit has alternatively formed the third translucent mesh part and the sight and light blocking part with a predetermined range and width; and the second adjustment unit has alternatively formed the second translucent mesh part and the sight and light blocking part with a predetermined range and width, which is at least two times wider than the first or third sight and light blocking parts.
