The second end plate is connected to the at least one inner plate by a second pin that extends through the first end plate and the at least one inner plate. The first end plate is rotatable relative to the at least one inner plate about a first pivot axis defined by the first pin. The second end plate is rotatable relative to the at least one inner plate about a second pivot axis defined by the second pivot pin.
