Upon detection and activation from sensors, a light may be used to illuminate a toilet bowl, and a treatment substance may be dispensed into the toilet bowl. The dispenser correspondingly configures to hang from the rim of a toilet bowl. Portions of the dispenser may be replaceable, such as a power source and a propellant container used to house a treatment substance.
