The vehicular opening-closing body driving device includes a drive drum, a drum housing, and sliding portions. A drive wire is wound around the drive drum. The drive wire is a wire for driving a vehicular opening-closing body. The drum housing rotatably houses and supports the drive drum. A sliding portion is disposed between a bottom surface of the drum housing and a facing surface of the drive drum. The facing surface faces the bottom surface. The drum housing includes a grease supply hole for supplying a grease to the sliding portion.
