The seal ring can be configured to be positioned over a toilet closet collar. The seal ring receptacle can be configured to be positioned over the seal ring, and the funnel can be configured to be inserted into the toilet closet collar. The sealing washer can be configured to be positioned over the component having the seal ring and the funnel. The plate can be configured to be positioned over the sealing washer and under the toilet.
