The pet waste disposal bag includes a body having an opening configured to provide entry to an interior space sized for at least a hand of the user. The body is biodegradable and includes one or more sanitizing components affixed. Upon sanitation or cleansing of the applicable surface or substance, the disposal bag is configured to be inverted allowing the one or more sanitizing components to be housed within the interior space.
