An air odor removal system with sewage or septic plumbing attachment removes odors from a toilet assembly by having a conduit surrounding the opening of a toilet bowl and another conduit fluidly coupling the opening of the toilet bowl with an air mover, e.g., vacuum, wherein the air mover will remove air within the toilet bowl and, in some embodiments, the toilet tank, which typically includes a negative odor, and transfer said air and odor, through another conduit, to a one-way valve of a sewage plumbing conduit, typically referred to as an air admittance valve for discharge.
