The shaft has a center of mass radially offset from a rotational axis of the shaft. The first cable is coupled to vibrating head at a first end thereof. The first cable is configured to transmit electrical current to the motor. The first cable has a first length extending from the vibrating head to an opposite, second end of the first cable. The storage cart includes a frame, a second cable, and a drum. The second cable is connectable to the first cable and the power box. The second cable has a second length greater than the first length. The drum is supported by the frame, and the second cable is selectively wrapped around and selectively extendible from the drum.
