The basket portion is coupled to the leg portion at the first end of the leg portion and extends from the leg portion in a first direction. The mounting portion is coupled to the leg portion at the second end of the leg portion and extends from the leg portion in a second direction opposite the first direction. The mounting portion is configured for mounting about a fence post.
