Die Erfindung betrifft eine modulare verfahrenstechnische Anlage, insbe- sondere Luftzerlegungsanlage mit einer Vielzahl von Anlagenkomponenten sowie mindestens einer Bedieneinheit, wobei die Anlagenkomponenten betriebsbereit vormontiert in Containern mit Standard-Abmessungen untergebracht, im Container transportiert und vor Ort je nach auszuführendem Verfahren funktional verbunden und im Containerverbund betreibbar sind. Erfindungsgemäß sind alle Anlagenkomponenten in zwei, auch luftfracht- fähigen Standard-Containern befindlich, wobei ein erster Container für die ausgewählten Anlagenkomponenten geteilte, gegeneinander isolierte Kompartimente enthält, weiterhin die Kompartiments über Türen oder Klappen zum Zweck der Wartung der jeweiligen Anlagenkomponente zugänglich sind sowie ein zweiter Container mindestens ein feststehendes Kompartiment und mindestens ein bewegliches, insbesondere verschwenkbares Kompartiment aufweist. Ergänzend sind an die Container ankoppelbare Anschlüsse sowie Verbindungselemente zum Transport von Medien und Leiten von Steuer- und Betriebssignalen zwischen den Containern vorhanden.

L'invention concerne une installation technique modulaire, en particulier une installation technique de séparation d'air, présentant une pluralité de composants d'installation ainsi qu'au moins une unité de commande, les composants d'installation étant logés, sous forme prémontée à l'état opérationnel, dans des conteneurs présentant des dimensions standard, transportés dans les conteneurs et assemblés fonctionnellement sur site en fonction des procédés à réaliser et pouvant fonctionner dans l'assemblage de conteneurs. Selon l'invention, tous les composants d'installation se trouvent dans deux conteneurs standard, également aptes au transport aérien, un premier conteneur contenant des compartiments séparés, isolés les uns par rapport aux autres pour les composants d'installation choisis, les compartiments étant en outre accessibles par des portes ou des ouvrants en vue de l'entretien de chaque composant d'installation et un deuxième conteneur présentant au moins un compartiment fixe et au moins un compartiment mobile, en particulier pivotant. A titre complémentaire, les conteneurs présentent des raccords accouplables ainsi que des éléments de liaison pour le transport de milieux et le guidage de signaux de commande et de fonctionnement entre les conteneurs.
