A MODULAR WALL ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING A MODULAR WALL
A modular wall assembly (1) is disclosed for an eco-building, comprising at least a first panel (50) having a top edge (50a) and at least a second panel (51) having a top edge (51 a), the at least first and second panel (50), (51) being spaced apart and arranged face to face. A spacer element (59) is provided that is arrangeable in contact with at least a portion of both the top edge (50a), (51 a) of the first and second panel (50), (51). An upper wall member (54) is co-operable with at least a portion of the first and second panel (50), (51) so as to secure the position of the spacer (59). The spacer (59) is configured to maintain a predetermined distance between the at least one first and second panel (50), (51) to define a cavity (60) there-between. The cavity (60) is for receiving settable concrete when in use. Further the panel has a formed, textured surface.
L'invention concerne un ensemble paroi modulaire (1) destiné à une éco-construction, comprenant au moins un premier panneau (50) présentant un bord supérieur (50a) et au moins un second panneau (51) présentant un bord supérieur (51a), l'au moins un premier panneau (50) et l'au moins un second panneau (51) étant espacés et agencés face à face. Un élément d'espacement (59) peut être disposé en contact avec au moins une partie à la fois du bord supérieur (50a) du premier panneau (50) et du bord supérieur (51a) du second panneau (51). On peut agir simultanément sur un élément de paroi supérieur (54) et au moins une partie du premier et du second panneau (50), (51) pour maintenir l'élément d'espacement (59) en place. L'élément d'espacement (59) est conçu pour maintenir une distance prédéterminée entre l'au moins un premier panneau (50) et l'au moins un second panneau (51) afin de définir une cavité (60) entre eux. La cavité (60) sert à recevoir du béton durcissable en cours d'utilisation. En outre, le panneau présente une surface texturée moulée.
